Community Spirit

We are firm believers in helping out where We can by doing good in our local community and supporting good causes throughout the UK.

It's Our Ethos:

"COFFEE.CARE.COMMUNITY"

Whether its Finacial support to Charities, Volunteer work or Whatever else- We want to do Our bit and are always looking out for new opportunities to get involved.

Please feel free to send Us suggestions on how We can help in the future

Below are are a few examples of how We are trying to help out.

Supporting Our hard working NHS

During the height of the Covid-19 Pandemic, with resources spread thin and NHS Staff working all hours imaginable, we wanted to help.

It goes without saying- Medicine is not Our bag so We couldn't offer much assistance in that area but what we could do is try and keep Frontline staff going. Both mentally and physically.

So to try and boost Morale and as a little 'Thank You' to the hard working staff at Salford Royal Hospital, we arranged Care packages containing 4Kg of Coffee for the Hospital and 4Kg of Sample bags for Staff to take home and enjoy.

- Oh and We also set up a new NHS Staff discount.

We would love to support every group we come across but unfortunately it's almost impossible- There are far too many to choose from!

Atherton and Leigh Foodbank

Also during the Covid-19 Pandemic- Our local foodbank was in desperate need of supplies due to the newly increased demand on it's services and number of vulnerable people unable to leave the house to get shopping etc.

During this time, We used ALL profits from Online sales to buy these much needed items for the Foodbank.

It wasn't Millions but was definately needed, well received and helped those most in need during the crisis.

As there are so many great causes out there- We are currently supporting Our chosen Charities on a Month by Month rotation.

This allows Us to help more people in the wider community and ensure We are fair in the financial support We provide.

The Bridge at Leigh

Recently We have partnered with The Bridge- A local non-profit Charity, Community Cafe and 'Social Supermarket'

"Open to Everyone- A welcoming environment, friendly staff, lovely fresh cooked food, affordable prices and a home from home. A community (Minimum Donation) Cafe to be proud of. Coupled with a food market onsite to provide cost effective shopping for local residents".

Veterans Garage

Being a Veteran myself, this Charity has a special place in My heart.

These guys do fantastic work for the Armed Forces Community in Gtr Manchester and have some Big plans for the future.

It goes without saying, We are Proud to support them and want to do what We can to help.

The Veterans Community Allotment

Our chosen Community Project for 2019, this initially was a project lead by a small, Veterans Charity which has sinced closed.

Now run by a small group of volunteers, It is completely accessible for all. For some, the weekly meetings are their only form of socialising, for others it’s another outlet and chance to get out of the house.

We are always on the lookout for other ways to Help out-

We have plenty of ideas, potential Partners lined up and are slowly putting plans in place.

Please Stay Tuned to see what We can do.
